One. Preparation
1.1. Determine the potential customer equipment information: circuit switch A number, voltage regulator capacity, equipment power demand capacity
1.2. Check whether the standard line layout of the 3 and 5 wires is correct. If it is incorrect, correct it.
1.3 Check whether the switching voltage is normal, whether the neutral line is pure, and whether the ground line is effective.
* The normal switching voltage is between 320-460V.
* Neutral line, ensure that it is a pure neutral line from the direct lead of the high voltage transformer,
< * Ground wire, make sure it is connected by a copper pin.
1.4. The customer needs to prepare a voltage regulator input 3 meters long 5-core cable, the square number is the same size as the equipment input, sometimes depending on the situation.
2. Observe the customer's onsite installation environment
2.1 Check whether the number A of the switch on the wall is consistent with the load device, whether the on-off contact of the switch is good, and whether the line value voltage is normal.
2.2 Test the mains input of the regulator with a multimeter, and the normal range of the conventional regulator is within 380V plus or minus 60V. If out of range should remind the customer to order a special range of regulators, so as not to conventional regulators can not meet the current environment of voltage regulation needs.
2.3 Observe the temperature, humidity, oil mist and dust in the air within 10 meters of the pressurizer installation location. If exceeding the standard will affect the service life of the regulator, please customers improve themselves.
Three. Installation work
3.1 Install the voltage regulator end, connect the 3-meter long 5-core cable from the wall switch to the voltage regulator input end, install the voltage regulator input end must be connected to the neutral line, the voltage regulator can work normally.
3.2 Installing the Device End. Generally, the device does not need the neutral line. Only the three-phase live line and ground cable are required
4. Check the work
4.1 Check whether all wiring terminals are secured
4.2 Voltage regulator power-on test no-load voltage and current
4.3 Power on the load device, check whether the phase sequence is correct, and the device is running normally.
